SUPERIOR INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS INC. is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving role in Indianapolis, IN, 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday overtime. You will pull and stage orders, load/off-load carriers, and support multiple production areas as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to lift 55 lbs. You will work with a team to ensure accurate labeling, proper paperwork, and safe operation of forklifts and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong safety mindset required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with coworkers, chemists, staff, delivery personnel, and management.
• Able to lift 55 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork and follow special instructions.
• Inspect labels, product name, paperwork and counts during loading/unloading; notify manager of issues.
• Pull product samples and submit to Lab for QC.
• Label containers properly and secure to specifications.
• Daily forklift operation and loading/unloading trailers.
• Communicate with logistics companies when needed.
• Maintain PPE and safe, orderly work area.
• Cross-train in shipping/receiving, handling bulk product, inventory control, packaging, yard operations.
