Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Distribution Center in Kenosha, WI. The role is Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm with starting pay of $22 per hour. You will coordinate drivers, manage shipping documents, and support timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have a high school-equivalent diploma and at least two years of shipping/receiving experience, including forklift operation and PC-based software proficiency. Safety and 6S standards are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years shipping & receiving experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to operate PC-based programs.
• Frequent walking and long daily sitting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming drivers with loading dock and carriers.
• Manage documents (bills of lading, packing lists) and sign drivers out after loading.
• Communicate ETAs and schedule changes.
• Resolve shipping and availability issues with scheduling and Customer Service.
• Enter transfers and receipts into AS400.
• Operate forklift or pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain daily 6S standards in the work area.
• Follow safety standards and stay health-conscious.
