Job summary

NPW is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Team Member I to join our growing team in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket distribution environment. You will support shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, and committed to operational excellence. No prior warehouse experience is required—we will train the right person, with forklift certification considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate handheld scanners and software systems to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy.
• Pick and pull orders accurately using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
