Job summary

Ppswork is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a brand new facility in Alliance, OH. The role handles incoming and outgoing shipments, validates materials, and maintains accurate inventory to ensure on-time delivery of fabricated metal products.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or warehouse experience, familiarity with metal components, and are able to operate forklifts (certified preferred). This is 1st shift with starting pay of $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with metal components and industrial equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Prepare and package finished metal products for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with production and logistics.
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized.
