Job summary

iNRCORE Group in Hauppauge, NY, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate II to manage shipping and receiving activities and help maintain inventory accuracy and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years shipping/receiving experience, and ERP/shipping system familiarity; strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

We currently have an opening for Shipping & Receiving Associate in our Passive Plus Inc. facility, located in Hauppauge, NY . This role independently performs shipping and receiving activities and supports inventory accuracy and documentation.

Details of the Role:

The Shipping & Receiving Associate II works with limited supervision and assists with training, inventory activities, and resolution of shipping or receiving discrepancies.

Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifying Attributes And Skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a production or shipping environment
