Job summary

RBC Bearings in Indiana is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading finished products from the plant to the warehouse and manage stock locations. The role requires basic AS400 familiarity and the ability to read pick tickets and verify locations, with forklift and truck-loading duties as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include unloading, FIFO-based transfers, packaging to spec, and preparing shipments while maintaining paperwork and updating stock records.

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of AS400.
• Able to read and understand pick tickets and locate stock in the system.
• Able to operate a box truck and use loading docks.

• Remove/transfer product from stock manually or with Forklift in preparation for packaging/shipping using FIFO.
• Package material according to customer specification.
• Package material for export and prepare finished product for shipment.
• Maintain and distribute paperwork such as audits, reports, logs, records, certifications of conformance.
• Update computer database regarding location of stock.
• Load/unload/maintain and log/detect/correct minor issues within various systems.
• Operate/drive a box truck and utilize loading docks.
• Load truck(s) per order(s).
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace/area.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
