Job summary

FreshPure Waters in Salt Lake City is hiring a Shipping/Receiving team member to maintain warehouse flow. You will handle receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory tracking while supporting production when needed. The role offers benefits and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualified candidates have organization, teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads. This full-time position features a daytime schedule and cross-training opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication.
• Basic computer skills including email, MS Office, shipping software, and inventory systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 65 lb regularly and up to 100 lb on occasion, and climb ladders.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments and document what arrives.
• Pack, label, and ship outgoing orders using online shipping software.
• Stock, organize, and track inventory so everything is easy to find.
• Service and stock deionization (DI) tanks and parts.
• Stage and coordinate material for installation and service teams.
• Help out in production and product assembly.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Reports To: Production Manager

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)

THE POSITION

You’ll keep our Salt Lake City warehouse moving: receiving and checking incoming shipments, packing and shipping outgoing orders from small boxes to full pallets, and making sure our installation and service teams have the material they need. You’ll also be cross‑trained to support our production team, so no two weeks look exactly the same.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Basic computer skills: email, Microsoft Office, shipping software, and inventory systems (QuickBooks a plus)
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 65 lb regularly and up to 100 lb on occasion, and climb ladders
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required. We’ll train and certify you
• Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus, and it’s reflected in your starting pay
