Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements.
• Create and verify shipping labels and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates, cycle counts, and proper documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Identify and report shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, inventory issues, or carrier concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to support efficient workflow.
• Assist with order picking, packing, staging, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
