Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Rocklin, CA is recruiting for a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Folsom, CA. The role handles receiving, processing, tracking and shipping materials using SAP, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring on-time shipments.

Qualified candidates will have prior Shipping & Receiving or warehouse experience, strong computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, or Inventory preferred.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP/inventory management software required.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Accurately process outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
• Utilize SAP and other technology platforms to track inventory and maintain records.
• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and material reconciliation.
• Prepare products for shipment according to company and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed while following safety procedures.
• Assist with additional logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for receiving, processing, tracking, and shipping materials, equipment, and products. The ideal candidate will have experience using warehouse and inventory software, including SAP, and will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring on-time shipments.
