Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• Training related to shipping quality control management.
• 2+ years managing OQC inspections of finished modules.
• Experience in shipping quality control management.
• Hardworking with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sampling inspection of finished module shipments according to standards.
• Inspect packaging appearance, vehicles, and boxing before shipment; record and archive data.
• Provide employee skills and process training.
• Conduct on-site and off-site safety training for staff.
• Establish and supervise employee performance appraisal system.
• Develop shipping personnel work schedules aligned with shipping plans.
• Manage on-site shipping inspection personnel.
• Address abnormal conditions identified during shipping inspections.
