You'll be involved in production, shipping, and kit assembly at a pay rate of $16/hr. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable lifting 50 lbs. Our Client is hiring for a Production Associate, who plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outbound shipments. This position involves a combination of production, shipping, and kit assembly.

Hours: 8-5pm M-F
Pay: $16/hr
Location: Houston, TX
Contract: 6 month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines per specifications.
• Monitor production and report issues to the supervisor.
• Perform quality and testing checks to ensure standards are met.
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipping, including pallet wrapping.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
• Store goods and raw materials neatly in designated areas.
• Keep inventory areas clean and organized; report unsafe or cluttered conditions.
• Assist with general tasks, cleaning, and organizing shared spaces.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and document processes clearly.
• Support the receiving team with pallet deliveries and other shipping duties as assigned.
