Fulton in Pulaski, NY is seeking an Aftermarket Shipping Team member to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients, coordinating fulfillment in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling freight, assisting with inventory counts, data entry in Excel and Word, and providing coaching to new and current employees.

Formación

• Shipping and logistics coordination experience.
• Ability to manage inventory counts and maintain a safe workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for data entry and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Shipping: Efficiently pick and pack production orders and complete paperwork.
• Scheduling: Schedule freight shipments and coordinate small package pickups.
• Inventory: Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Data Entry: Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Training: Provide coaching and training for new and current employees.
• Communication: Facilitate clear communication across the organization.
• Paperwork: Verify and complete all required documentation.
• Quality Checks: Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Shipping Rate Quotes: Source and provide rate quotes to the sales department as needed.
