Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk for a Bartlett, TN facility. You will own the shipping operations, master logistics software, and process outbound packages using UPS WorldShip. Responsibilities include labeling, manifests, hazardous materials handling, and ensuring proper addresses.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping software, especially UPS WorldShip, is required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must thrive in a deadline-driven warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily pick tickets and shipping orders for accuracy.
• Process shipments via UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or USPS.
• Create shipping labels and verify labels against pick tickets.
• Assist with cost-saving measures like reducing carton counts and optimizing packaging.
• Load shipped cartons onto pallets and coordinate with UPS/other carriers.
• Support lead/manager on various ad hoc projects.
