Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Shipping and/or Logistics.
• Experience operating forklifts for loading and unloading trucks.
• Demonstrated leadership, providing direction and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Shipping activities with six onsite Shipping subordinates.
• Develop packaging infrastructure for cost efficiency.
• Maintain scheduling across three shifts.
• Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing orders.
• Plan and communicate operational goals.
