Revolution in Balch Springs, TX is hiring for a Shipping Material Handler to ensure accurate, timely movement of finished goods and raw materials. You will operate sit-down forklift, stage orders, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Revolution is now hiring for a Shipping Material Handler position in Balch Springs, Texas. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail. This position is a full time permanent role with a competitive benefits package in a clean and safe working environment.

• Accurately record and put inventory away
• Processing material request from other departments.
• Perform cycle counts, verifications, and audits.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.

Responsible for the proper care and handling of finished and corrugated goods.

Inspect outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.

Organize stock in the most efficient way possible using sit down forklift.

• Stage Orders prior to shipping.
• Pull Orders when ready to ship.
• Inspect trucks prior to loading to ensure safety compliance.
• Verify trucks are loaded with correct product.
• Complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekends are mandatory based on business need.

Must be able to stay calm and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have at least 6 months of forklift experience.
• Experience with hand pallet jack.
• Experience with RF scanning devices.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, individually and repeatedly.
• Comfortable with working in non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the work day.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
