Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with lead/supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid forklift license with experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact with drivers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily outbound shipping activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
• Plan, stage, and prioritize outbound loads based on customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Manage trailer loading activities and ensure proper handling and secure placement of products.
• Verify quantities, labels, and documentation prior to shipment; generate shipping documentation in SAP.
• Provide daily direction and coaching to forklift operators and warehouse team members.
• Promote safety, quality, and lean initiatives; support training and development of staff.
