Job summary

Sun Chlorella USA Corp. is seeking a Shipping Clerk responsible for accurately picking, packing, and labeling customer orders and preparing all shipping documents. The role involves coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a shipping/warehouse setting, proficiency with WMS and shipping software, and strong attention to detail. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of shipping/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS and shipping software like ShipStation/NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Pack, pack and label customer orders accurately.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, invoices).
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Use WMS/shipping software to process orders and track shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers for daily pickups and issue resolution.
• Perform quality checks and maintain safe, organized warehouse conditions.
• Support receiving and collaborate with the team to meet shipping goals.
