Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate and timely movement of products from our facility to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, selecting and packing the correct items, verifying contents, coordinating with carriers, and entering finished goods into SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a pallet jack and/or forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure correct products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
• Verify order contents, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries promptly.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels per regulatory and company requirements.
• Monitor and track shipments to confirm on-time delivery and address delays.
