Job summary

ICP Group in Andover, MA is hiring a Shipping Clerk to manage the full shipping process for our manufacturing plant. You will schedule pickups, prepare dispatch paperwork, label freight, and coordinate with production, scheduling and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, familiarity with a warehouse management system (Syspro acceptable), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some office experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS (warehouse management system).
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sort outbound freight and prepare for loading.
• Palletize and shrink wrap freight.
• Attach labels and SDS to freight.
• Verify Bill of Lading and packing lists.
• Schedule carriers and confirm pickups.
• Communicate with production and customer service as needed.
