Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking a Shipping Associate in California to support outbound shipping operations, consolidate and stage orders, process small parcel shipments, and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of warehouse shipping experience, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

The Shipping Associate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
Experience with shipping duties in a warehouse setting (1+ year).
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and stage orders efficiently for shipment.
Manage masterload orders to streamline freight processing.
Process small parcel shipments using the LMS (Logistics Management System).
Manage shipments through customer portals and websites with accurate entry and tracking.
Schedule shipment pickups with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight/specialty carriers.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks to support outbound operations.
