Job summary

Trulite in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Warehouse Loader for the night shift. This role moves glass, reads labels, measures with tape, and maintains safety and workflow in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour with a $1 differential and day-one benefits; quarterly safety bonus possible.

OT may be required, and attendance is essential. Ideal candidates are 18+, have basic math and labeling ability, and warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read paperwork clearly.
• Basic math and measurement reading with a tape measure.
• Open to all production areas and rotating duties.
• Reliable attendance and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, trucks or crates for eight hours daily.
• Transport materials between positions to support production flow.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or manually use equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions as needed.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and report issues to supervisor.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and safety policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Loader who are a self-starters and team players to be part of our Warehouse Loader team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily.
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Overhead crane experience a plus
