Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of forklift driving experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Basic computer keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move pipe and materials within the yard, warehouse, and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare shipments for movement.
• Verify items against bills of lading, invoices, or orders; record weights and shipping charges.
• Affix shipping labels and construct containers as needed.
• Inspect shipments for damage and coordinate with shippers to rectify issues.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and organize the warehouse.
