Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in high production manufacturing environment.
• Be willing to cross-train and be promotable.
• Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Check, shuttle, move, and perform all essential functions of the Loader.
• Load trucks and place parts on trailers safely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Package, crate, or load items to ensure safe arrival and capacity loading.
• Secure parts with crating and packaging materials and weigh trucks as required.
• Load/unload transfer trucks and multi-drop route trucks as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and support continuous improvement in the work area.
• Provide guidance to new shipping/warehouse staff under Team Leader supervision.
