Job summary

Mizuho OSI is seeking a Material Handler to perform a variety of routine duties in our warehouse and depot repair areas. Responsibilities include picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy above 98% while ensuring quality during shipment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years shipping/receiving experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification may be required; ERP and barcode systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 to 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of shipping policies with common carriers.
• Skill in operating bar code scanner equipment and computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be required to certify as a licensed forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Kit work orders accurately to designated departments.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of products ready for shipment.
• Assemble containers and prepare packaging for shipment.
• Package products into containers with padding and spacers.
• Build pallets for shipping to customers.
• Maintain Main Stores inventory accuracy.
• Maintain replacement parts inventory as required.
• Process RMA, RGA, and DMF requisitions.
• Cross-train in material handling, shipping and repairs.
• Operate lift truck and adhere to safety guidelines.
