WillowWood in Mt. Sterling, Ohio seeks a dependable Shipping Clerk to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. You will help maintain an organized shipping area, process domestic and international shipments, and ensure inventory is handled properly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior shipping/warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail. You must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and fractions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from inventory based on customer orders
• Accurately package and prepare orders for shipment
• Process both domestic and international shipments
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipping
• Put incoming and returned inventory away in designated locations
• Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and inventory area
• Use computer systems to process and track orders and shipments
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping priorities and deadlines
• Follow established safety, quality, and shipping procedures
• Assist with other shipping and warehouse responsibilities as needed
