Job summary

Hyosung is seeking a Shipping Clerk at the Repair Center in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on managing shipment processes, counting and labeling items, and supporting inventory control to ensure accurate counts and timely delivery or pickup of repaired ATMs.

Responsibilities include packing according to protocols, auditing inventory, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining security and safety practices. A high school diploma and 1–2 years shipping experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of prior shipping experience is required.
• Must possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares orders in time for delivery and/or pick up.
• Picks up items from storage and assigns them to the delivery pallet.
• Checks items for poor conditions or damages.
• Labels items according to shipment orders.
• Ensures correct quantity of items are packed according to company protocols.
• Verifies inventory appropriately and conducts audits to ensure quality.
• Assists in loading and unloading trucks.
• Packs materials and items in their designated boxes and seals and labels them properly.
• Counts physical inventory and prepares parcels for mailing purposes.
• Practices security and safety rules in order to ensure best safety practices.
• Other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
