Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years' experience in manufacturing or machine operating environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic mathematical skills; ability to apply operational procedures.
• Forklift certification (considered a plus).
• Scissor lift certification (beneficial).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to meet WorkKeys requirements: Applied Math (Lvl 3), Workplace Documents (Lvl 3), Graphic Literacy (Lvl 3).
• Ability to perform physical job duties including walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure supplies are used for orders.
• Coordinate with dedicated carriers.
• Verify, record, and maintain inventory, material counts, tags, and production records.
• Prepare materials and equipment for product changeovers, clean-ups, and production line setups.
• Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance.
• Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and regulatory policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify workplace safety and environmental risks and take appropriate actions to help mitigate them.
