Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years general work experience.
• Experience with distribution center systems, operations, equipment, and workflow management preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven leadership and ability to contribute to problem solving situations.
• Self-starter with good time management skills.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delegate and oversee the work of a team or teams in assigned workgroups within the warehouse.
• Adhere to procedures and policies for FedEx Office Distribution Services (ODS) and FedEx Office (FXO).
• Perform duties such as picking, inventory replenishment, packing, cycle counts, truck loading/unloading and provide oversight.
• Operate scanning equipment and use technology to meet goals.
• Attend daily operational meetings and communicate product information in WMS.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
• Provide daily feedback to Operations Management and assist with training new team members.
