Wild Oak Boutique is seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team. You will handle the entire shipping process, including picking items, labeling packages and shipping orders. Attention to detail and integrity are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shipping Associate or in a similar position is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Pull items from inventory for online orders
• Correctly pack orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Distribute packages internally
• Organize and maintain the stockroom
• Package and ship out orders via computer software
• Document products shipped and received
• Resolve any issues or incorrect orders
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and internal procedures
