Premier Press Inc. in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our warehouse team. The role is full-time, hourly, with a schedule Monday – Friday, 7:30am–4pm, and no remote work. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The DC Associate will pick, pack, and prepare orders, help move products, and ensure orders meet quality standards. The position includes benefits such as health and life insurance, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer and email skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical demands.
• Consistent and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipping according to customer specifications.
• Move products to proper location using hand truck and carts.
• Determine proper packing requirements to ensure safe handling of products.
• Package material according to procedures and stage packages for carrier pickup.
• Organize and maintain department supplies and re-order as needed.
• Follow safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards.
