Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation is seeking a shipping/receiving associate to handle outbound and inbound shipments at our Union Grove, WI site. You will prepare shipments, generate required paperwork, and coordinate with Production Control and Customer Service to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operation capability.
• Basic data entry and PC skills.
• Ability to read/write English and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and/or receiving duties.
• Prepare items for shipment and arrange transportation.
• Generate shipping/receiving reports and documentation; prepare export paperwork.
• Use parcel software to address outbound shipments.
• Move product to staging areas and inventory locations.
• Verify counts and weights against customer orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain adequate shipping material supplies and adhere to SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE; keep area tidy.
