Job summary

McNICHOLS in Aurora, CO is seeking a Shipping and Forklift Operator to join our logistics team. The role handles shipping, receiving, inventory picking, and wrapping/crating orders according to detailed requirements.

You will safely operate forklifts, maintain inventory integrity, assist customers, coordinate with carriers, and follow safety and quality procedures. We provide uniforms, boots, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using inventory systems and RF scanners.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping programs preferred.
• Forklift experience required; side loader/overhead crane a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship customer orders.
• Accurately receive incoming material to maintain inventory integrity.
• Safely operate forklifts and other lift equipment; load/unload LTL carriers.
• Organize material pulls for efficient workflow.
• Process incoming material and inspect/receive POs and vendor material.
• Provide excellent customer service; assist walk-up customers and sales.
• Ensure timely shipment and communicate issues; follow safety procedures.
