Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 3 years warehouse/inventory experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret shipping orders, packing lists, invoices and forms in English.
Basic math skills for business calculations.
Computer skills with basic Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Shipping Dock Operations and secure finished goods and pass-through products for customers.
Maintain accurate shipping records and FTZ documentation; ensure documentation accuracy before submission to SCM and Accounting.
Manage time and resources to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
Report problems to Management verbally or in writing to avoid confusion.
Uphold standards of quality, cost, and safety per company guidelines and report any issues.
Contribute to team goals; be flexible in assignments and assist others as needed.
Maintain professionalism in the workplace and seek help when needed.
Assist Manager and Supervisor with other duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance with Final Packaging Process standards.
Maintain 5S appearance of NAMI facilities.
