Melaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Kansas City, Missouri, on-site at a NON-SMOKING campus. This first shift runs 5:00am–3:30pm with mandatory overtime at peak times, typically Fridays and Saturdays.

You will perform picking, packing, quality checks, and shipping for customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center. The role offers competitive pay of $18.25 per hour plus a full benefits package, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, bonuses, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift and lift 35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Order selection (picking).
• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy.
