Job summary

Employment Solutions in Stratford, CT is seeking a reliable Shipping Crate Builder/Carpenter to join our crate manufacturing team. You will assemble crates and pallets per work orders, read measurements, and ensure quality while working in a fast-paced facility.

You will use power tools and pneumatic nail guns, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety procedures during a full-time shift from 7am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking or carpentry required.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with pallet/crate assembly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
