Lippert is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage deliveries and daily shipping activities in a full-time role at our Indiana facility. You will print shipper documents, track loads, and coordinate with PDI, forklift drivers and drivers to ensure timely transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing and production is preferred, 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries.
• Print daily shipper documents for contractors.
• Maintain Returned Shippers by scanning to Accounts Payable.
• Assist with customer requests and ensure transportation is arranged and communicated.
• Coordinate with PDI, forklift drivers and drivers.
• Lead coordination with 1-10 team members.
