Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years shipping-related experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer use and data entry.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull correct parts from inventory in the required quantities.
• Process and complete parts orders with minimal supervision.
• Operate fork lift trucks in accordance with policy.
• Respond to customer needs and requests professionally.
• Mentor and support Shipping Clerk Trainees as assigned.
• Deliver parts and packages to designated areas promptly.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of merchandise with carriers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
