Job summary

Fenix Parts in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk and Forklift Operator for the Evening Shift. You will manage shipping/receiving, verify parts, and record data in the YMS system while handling forklift tasks to support our logistics workflow.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive hourly pay ($18.00–$19.00) and a benefits package. Prior shipping/warehouse experience and forklift operation are preferred; physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs is required, and

Qualifications

• Shipping or warehouse experience required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong computer skills with basic data entry.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of small packages via third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts to guarantee they meet quality standards before shipment.
• Data Management: Enter shipping information accurately into the YMS system.
• Part Staging: Organize and prepare parts for dispatch on delivery trucks.
• Warehouse Duties: Perform general warehouse tasks in addition to shipping duties.
• Safety: Ensure the safe operation of forklift equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
