Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable in warehouse with seasonal temperature changes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders using pick lists, shipping documentation, and ERP systems.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage.
• Prepare outbound shipments with labeling, weighing, staging, and verification.
• Complete shipping documentation and system transactions.
• Maintain tracking information, shipment records, and inventory updates.
• Communicate with Receiving, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse area.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
