Job summary

KDV Label in Wisconsin is hiring for a full-time shipping/packing associate on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–10:15pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates must be able to train from 10:00am to 6:15pm for a few weeks.

Pay starts at $19 per hour plus a $1 shift premium; compensation is higher with experience. The role involves packaging label rolls, operating taping machines, lift trucks, inventorying finished goods, and generating shipping documents.

Qualifications

• Willing to train a motivated, reliable individual.
• Ability to handle physical workload (30–50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills and basic math.
• Attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Must be able to train from 10am-6:15pm for a few weeks.

Responsibilities

• Package rolls of labels and prepare cartons or pallets for shipment.
• Operate box taping machine and pallet lift tables.
• Operate the lift truck to transfer pallets of label rolls and to load shipments into trucks.
• Put quantities of finished goods into inventory.
• Generate shipping documents by computer.
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions:

1. Package rolls of labels and prepare individual cartons or pallets for shipment.

2. Operate box taping machine and pallet lift tables.

3. Operate the lift truck to transfer pallets of label rolls and to load shipments into trucks.

4. Put quantities of finished goods into inventory.

5. Generate shipping documents by computer.

6. Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload on average 30lbs, maximum weight 50lbs
• Forklift experience a plus, but will train
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide
• Ability to pay attention to details
