Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping Clerk for 1st shift in Berne, IN. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with hours 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday. Entry-level training available; prior shipping in a manufacturing setting is a plus, and strong Excel skills are required.

You will process orders, handle documentation, communicate with team members and internal/external contacts, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One-year basic shipping experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to identify problems, collect information, and suggest solutions.
• Professional communication skills, in person, on phone and through company email.

Shipping Clerk – 1st Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Full Time Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing all required documentation, entering all required information accurately into the computerized systems. Shipping experience in a production environment is preferred but we are willing to train an entry-level individual. Experience with Microsoft Office Excel formulas is a must.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent standing, sitting, and use of hands in this support role is required.
• Able to walk unassisted on production floor for lengthy intervals.
• Occasionally perform physical activities including lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted).
