Job summary

Thompson Tractor is seeking a Shipping Clerk to fulfill parts orders in a warehouse/service environment. You will work both independently and with the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include selecting inventory, processing orders, operating a forklift, and coordinating carrier pickups. Must have 1–3 years shipping experience and OSHA training; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of shipping-related experience preferred.
• Effective written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Forklift operator certification and OSHA training required.

• Deliver parts and packages to designated areas in a timely manner.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of merchandise with common carriers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for fulfilling orders while working both independently and as part of a team. The Shipping Clerk is expected to successfully complete all required on‑the‑job training and e‑learning programs. Qualifications
