Unique Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk on first shift (7A - 3P) in Montoursville, PA. The role supports shipping operations by handling documentation, freight coordination, data entry in JDE, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with management and coworkers to meet departmental goals.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
• Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Up to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree required.
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Assists in acquiring freight rates, tracing and expediting outbound freight both truck parcels.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
• Writes up trucks in preparation for shipment, physically pulls skid tags from staged product, records data from skids of finished goods for shipment.
• Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
• A commitment to company wide quality and safety is required.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Data entry within JDE.
