Talentify is seeking a Shipping Clerk to fulfill orders accurately and on time in a parts warehouse setting. You will work independently or with a team, complete required training, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.

Key duties include pulling inventory, processing orders with minimal supervision, operating a forklift, assisting trainees, and coordinating pickups and deliveries while upholding safety and core values.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years shipping-related experience preferred.
• Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills required.

Position Summary

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for fulfilling orders while working both independently and as part of a team. This role requires the ability to complete order fulfillment for both internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner. The Shipping Clerk is expected to successfully complete all required on-the-job training and e-learning programs. The position requires initiative, a commitment to teamwork, a customer-focused mindset, and a demonstrated ability to identify and implement efficient solutions.
