Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping associate to process and manage outgoing material for shipment. This role requires operating material handling equipment, teamwork, and adherence to ISO procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and speak English. Overtime may be required to meet business needs, with opportunities for growth within a global leader in motion and control technologies.

Responsibilities

• Package and DR finished product for customer orders and stock items.
• Print and sort all customer orders.
• Pull and process shipments per customer requests and consolidate schedules.
• Process packages through UPS and truck line systems.
• Generate daily manifest logs and complete required documents.
• Maintain supply inventories and pull buy/order cards.
• Notify carriers with freight for pickup.
• Follow standard work and ISO procedures.

Position Summary

General Job Description:

Process and manage all outgoing material for shipment.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

• Ability to operate all material handling equipment
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

• Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliers

Essential Job Functions:

• Package and DR finished product for customer orders and stock items
• Print and sort all customer orders
• Pull and process shipments according to customer requests - consolidate customer pickup and shipping schedule
• Process packages through the UPS and truck line system
• Generate daily manifest log from the system including filling out airbills, foreign and domestic and all applicable documents
