Job summary

Pilkington North America Inc. is seeking a warehouse professional to handle shipping and receiving of automotive replacement safety glass products. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders with motorized equipment and generate inventory reports to ensure accuracy and stock control.

The role requires SAP experience, the ability to multi-task, and a strong safety and attendance record. Works Monday–Friday with overtime on occasion, with an hourly rate of $18.00.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical attributes of glass parts.
• Demonstrated SAP working knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Advanced working knowledge of safety, quality and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recent experience with reach truck, order picker and forklift.
• Operate hand tools.
• Lift 35-70 lbs on a regular/daily basis.
• Work at heights up to 30 ft.
• Work in Central Ohio temperatures.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Proficient in English (verbal/written).
• Good customer/vendor relations and communication.
• Overtime on short notice.
• Independent and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shipping and receiving automotive replacement safety glass products and supplies.
• Pick and pack glass products for internal and external customers using motorized equipment.
• Run and create reports relating to inventory and production (reconciliation, overs and shorts, breakage).
• Assist with internal and external customer questions; perform non-production tasks like audits, part checks, filing and shipping documents.
