Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Shipping Auditor to ensure products are checked before loading, verify dates, and maintain accurate paperwork. The role requires clear communication with warehouse staff and supervision to uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a team-focused warehouse, coordinating with dispatch and QA to ensure accurate audits and adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines while following company visitor policies and safety training.

Responsibilities

• The shipping auditor is responsible for check and supervise all designated products before being loaded inside the trailer.
• Must count and double check every case and fill out the required forms to keep tracking of audits.
• Effectively communicate with selectors/pickers when the wrong product is brought to the door, and communicate with dispatchers leads, coordinators and supervisors if support is needed.
• Must double check dates and make sure matches the paperwork.
• Responsible for ensuring all paperwork is fill out completely in an accurate and timely manner, clear, legible and with all the required information.
• Ensure safety by using load bars to prevent load from moving inside the trailer and Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

Areas of food safety training will include but are not limited to GMP, HACCP, facility security, visitor policy and mandatory safety training. The individual must also request additional and refresher training if he/she feels that is needed to effectively perform his/her tasks.
