• Maintain and audit cost components of shipping rates and reconcile with contracted rates.
• Communicate with shipping vendors and team members to resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage shipping reports; provide KPI insights and forecasting.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly data analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead projects and support other departments as needed.
