31 MasterBrand Home Products, LLC is seeking Shipping Associates to join their hardworking team in Pharr, TX. This is a physical role requiring prepping, stacking, and palletizing finished cabinets for delivery, supporting team efforts to ensure timely schedules.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read measurements, lift/manage heavy materials, and will be part of a dynamic and safe working environment. Several benefits available including PTO, 401(k) contributions, and mental health resources.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.

We’re a leading cabinet manufacturer, and we’re looking for Shipping Associates to join our hardworking, energetic team. In this role, you’ll be on your feet and moving all day—prepping, stacking, and palletizing finished cabinets for delivery. It’s physical work with purpose, in a supportive team environment where safety and quality come first.

• Preparing finished cabinets for shipping by stacking and palletizing products accurately and safely.
• Moving products through the shipping area using manual and powered equipment.
• Supporting the team to meet daily schedules for on-time and complete deliveries.
• Following quality and safety standards at all times.
• Keeping the shipping area organized, efficient, and ready for action.

• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

9701 South Veterans Boulevard, Pharr, TX, USA. Days (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with OT. Full-time Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.
