The role is very physical, requiring the ability to move heavy pallets and lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly, with heavier loads up to 400 pounds transported up to 300 feet and inclines up to 30 degrees. The position involves recording receipts, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year shipping or related experience.
• High School or GED and basic reading/comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Fills orders, counts, loads, and unloads product on incoming trailers according to the shipping schedule.
• Demonstrates competency for all on-the-job activities affecting product safety, legality and quality.
• Load and unloads to appropriate distribution area to ensure shipping schedules are met.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Performance of other duties integral to the job, including attendance and operating rules.
